Who is responsible
KULTH TECH SRL is the controller for the Antre waiting list. For privacy questions or requests, email marius@antre.art.
What we collect and why
If you join the waiting list, we collect the email address you enter and your consent so we can contact you about Antre’s launch. Signing up is optional, and it is not a subscription to a general newsletter. We use your consent as the legal basis (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The form also uses a hidden spam-trap field; web hosting may process technical request data such as your IP address to serve and secure the website.
How the signup works
The form sends a signup notification to marius@antre.art through the website’s mail service. The waiting-list address is held in that mailbox rather than in a separate marketing database. The website and mailbox use hosting and email infrastructure provided through Namecheap. Only people handling Antre’s launch who need access to the mailbox should access these addresses. We do not sell waiting-list addresses or use them for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep waiting-list addresses until the Antre app launches, plus six months, then delete them. If you withdraw consent earlier, we remove your address from the waiting list sooner, unless we must keep limited information for a legal reason. Hosting and mail systems may hold routine technical logs and backups under their separate operational schedules.
Your choices and rights
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing marius@antre.art with the address you signed up with. You can also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your data. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. We normally respond within one month. You can complain to Romania’s data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro, or to another competent supervisory authority.
Cookies and external links
These websites do not add analytics or advertising cookies through the Antre theme. WordPress may set essential cookies for administrators who log in. Links to outside sites have their own privacy notices. If we add analytics or other non-essential tracking later, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required.
