Who is responsible
KULTH TECH SRL is the controller for the Antre waiting list. For privacy questions or requests, email marius@antre.art.
What we collect and why
If you join the waiting list, we collect the email address you enter and your consent so we can contact you about Antre’s launch. Signing up is optional, and it is not a subscription to a general newsletter. We use your consent as the legal basis (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The form also uses a hidden spam-trap field; web hosting may process technical request data such as your IP address to serve and secure the website.
How the signup works
The form sends a signup notification to marius@antre.art through the website’s mail service. The waiting-list address is held in that mailbox rather than in a separate marketing database. The website and mailbox use hosting and email infrastructure provided through Namecheap. Only people handling Antre’s launch who need access to the mailbox should access these addresses. We do not sell waiting-list addresses or use them for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep waiting-list addresses until the Antre app launches, plus six months, then delete them. If you withdraw consent earlier, we remove your address from the waiting list sooner, unless we must keep limited information for a legal reason. Hosting and mail systems may hold routine technical logs and backups under their separate operational schedules.
Art Context newsletter
If you subscribe to the Art Context newsletter, we collect the email address you enter and your consent so we can email you new articles from Art Context. Subscribing is optional and separate from the Antre waiting list. We use your consent as the legal basis (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The form also uses a hidden spam-trap field; web hosting may process technical request data such as your IP address to serve and secure the website.
How the newsletter works: the form sends a notification to blog@antre.art through the website’s mail service, and the address is also stored in the website’s database together with the newsletter language you chose, so we can email you new articles from Art Context. Newsletter emails are sent from blog@antre.art through the same hosting mail service. The website and mailbox use hosting and email infrastructure provided through Namecheap. Only people who handle the Art Context newsletter should access these addresses. We do not sell them or use them for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep newsletter addresses: until you withdraw your consent or the newsletter ends, then we delete them. Hosting and mail systems may hold routine technical logs and backups under their separate operational schedules.
How to unsubscribe: every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email blog@antre.art from the address you signed up with, and we delete the address from the subscriber list. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. You have the same rights as listed under “Your choices and rights”, and you can complain to Romania’s data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro, or to another competent supervisory authority.
Buletinul informativ Art Context
Dacă te abonezi la buletinul informativ Art Context, colectăm adresa de e-mail introdusă și acordul tău pentru a-ți trimite prin e-mail articolele noi din Art Context. Abonarea este opțională și separată de lista de așteptare Antre. Temeiul legal este consimțământul tău (art. 6 alin. (1) lit. (a) din RGPD). Formularul include și un câmp ascuns împotriva mesajelor automate. Serviciul de găzduire poate prelucra date tehnice, precum adresa IP, pentru afișarea și securizarea site-ului.
Cum funcționează buletinul: formularul trimite o notificare la blog@antre.art prin serviciul de e-mail al site-ului, iar adresa este păstrată și în baza de date a site-ului, împreună cu limba buletinului aleasă de tine, pentru a-ți putea trimite articolele noi din Art Context. E-mailurile buletinului sunt trimise de la blog@antre.art prin același serviciu de e-mail al găzduirii. Site-ul și căsuța folosesc infrastructura de găzduire și e-mail oferită prin Namecheap. Au acces la aceste adrese doar persoanele care se ocupă de buletinul Art Context. Nu le vindem și nu le folosim pentru alte scopuri de marketing.
Cât timp păstrăm adresele din buletin: până când îți retragi acordul sau până când buletinul se încheie, apoi le ștergem. Sistemele de găzduire și e-mail pot păstra jurnale tehnice și copii de siguranță conform propriilor termene.
Cum te dezabonezi: fiecare e-mail al buletinului conține o legătură de dezabonare, sau poți scrie la blog@antre.art de pe adresa cu care te-ai abonat, iar noi ștergem adresa din lista de abonați. Îți poți retrage acordul oricând; retragerea nu afectează prelucrarea de dinainte. Ai aceleași drepturi ca în secțiunea „Opțiunile și drepturile tale” și poți depune o plângere la ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro) sau la altă autoritate competentă.
Your choices and rights
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing marius@antre.art with the address you signed up with. You can also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your data. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. We normally respond within one month. You can complain to Romania’s data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro, or to another competent supervisory authority.
Cookies and external links
These websites do not add analytics or advertising cookies through the Antre theme. WordPress may set essential cookies for administrators who log in. Links to outside sites have their own privacy notices. If we add analytics or other non-essential tracking later, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required.
Meta Pixel and cookie consent
This section updates the paragraph above. With your consent, these websites load the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure how our advertising performs and to understand how visitors reach the site. Without your consent the Pixel is not loaded and no data goes to Meta. If you accept, Meta may set cookies and receive your IP address, browser details, the pages you visit and the time of the visit.
